C&C Junk Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully.

By requesting a quote, booking a job, or using our junk removal and hauling services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are
C&C Junk Removal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family‑run junk removal and hauling business based in Tunnel Hill, Georgia, serving North Georgia and nearby areas.
2. Services We Provide
We provide:

  • Junk removal and hauling

  • Cleanouts (such as garages, sheds, yards, and similar spaces)

  • Removal of non‑hazardous household and business items

We reserve the right to refuse any job that is unsafe, illegal, or outside our service scope.
3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes may be given by phone, online, or in person.

  • Final pricing is usually based on the volume, weight, type of items, access, and time required.

  • If the actual job is different from what was described (for example, more items or difficult access), the price may change. We will explain any changes before starting work.

Unless we state otherwise, quotes do not include extra fees such as special disposal charges for certain items.
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled for a specific date and time window.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • We may charge a fee for last‑minute cancellations or if we arrive and cannot complete the job due to issues within your control (for example, no access to the property).

We may reschedule or cancel a job due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or other reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you and set a new time.
5. Access to the Property
You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed

  • Making sure driveways, walkways, and work areas are clear and safe

  • Letting us know about any special conditions (such as low ceilings, narrow stairs, pets, or gate codes)

If we cannot safely access the items, we may refuse or stop the job and may charge a fee.
6. Items We Cannot Take
We generally do not remove:

  • Hazardous materials (such as chemicals, oils, paints, solvents, asbestos)

  • Explosives, fuel, or pressurized containers

  • Medical or biohazard waste

  • Any items that local laws or disposal sites do not allow

If you are unsure about an item, please ask us before your appointment.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the items and the job site

  • Have the authority to allow us onto the property and remove the items

  • Ensure that the items you ask us to remove are yours or that you have permission to dispose of them

  • Follow all local laws and rules related to the items being removed

8. Payments

  • Payment is due as explained in your quote or invoice (for example, at job completion).

  • We accept the payment methods we list at the time of service (such as cash, card, or other approved methods).

  • Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or collection efforts as allowed by law.

9. Damage and Liability
We take care when working on your property, but some risk is always present when moving heavy or bulky items.

  • You agree that we are not responsible for normal wear and tear or minor damage that can reasonably occur when moving items through tight spaces.

  • We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage or unsafe conditions on the property.

  • If significant damage occurs clearly due to our actions, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question.
10. No Guarantees of Disposal Outcome
We will dispose of items in a lawful and responsible way, which may include recycling, donation, or landfill. We do not guarantee that any specific item will be recycled or donated.
11. Changes to Appointments or Services
We may adjust or refuse a job if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Items are different from what was described

  • The job would violate laws or disposal rules

We will explain any changes and seek your approval before continuing.
12. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute about our services:

  1. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

  2. If we cannot resolve it informally, any legal claims will be handled under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, in the appropriate local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
